harbour view charm
amazing views helpful staff
the location was superb, offering amazing views of the harbour! the staff were friendly and helpful, especially mary, who provided weather updates. i also enjoyed arun's cooking, a culinary delight, though the room felt a bit small for the price.
The room was quite cold upon arrival. A small heater was running, though it didn't completely warm the space, and the shower pressure was very poor were good!

friendly staff clean room amazing view
the staff was friendly when i arrived. my room was clean with hot shower and clean towels. the view from my balcony was amazing. i was pleased with the location near the harbor.
the room was small and i heard noises from the adjacent room. this affected sleep quality.

I enjoyed a great room. It had a private balcony overlooking the marina, a real unexpected bonus. the room was amazing value, a pleasant surprise for the cost! the fine view from the balcony really enhanced my stay, i loved it.
The carpets looked slightly worn, though clean. They could use replacing soon!

harbor activity quick service
the hotel has a great terrace. i spent hours watching the harbor activity from it. breakfast included local cornish sausages. they were delicious. staff always provided quick service.
the tv in my room had limited channels.

beautiful harbor view amazing staff gluten-free options great happiness
The harbor view from the room was beautiful. The staff, including Aaron, Costa, and Lucy, were amazing. They ensured my happiness in every way. I appreciated the availability of gluten-free options for my friend at dinner.
The bedroom was a bit small, and I could hear sounds from the adjacent room.

The manager and chef, Arran, was helpful, friendly, and professional. Natalie, the wedding planner, was wonderful. She did everything to help make the day special. All the staff were friendly.
